Notice of Privacy Policy and Procedures

When you choose to invest with Carosa, Stanton & DePaolo Asset Management, Independent Fiduciary Consultants^SM, or the Bullfinch Fund, you not only entrust us with your investments, but also with your personal and financial data. Just as we are dedicated to managing your assets well, we are also committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you give to us.

In order to service your account, we collect certain nonpublic personal information about you from your account application, from other forms provided, and as a result of transactions with us. In addition to helping serve your financial needs, the information collected may also be needed to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law and except to certain entities that assist us in servicing your account. As with us, the law requires these entities to also enact a Privacy Policy to protect its customers, including you.  We have implemented security standards and processes to ensure that access to customer information is limited to employees who may need it to do their job. Our Code of Ethics, which has been in place since we opened our doors for business, requires all our directors, members and employees to respect the confidentiality of all customer information. This policy reads as follows:

“An employee shall not disseminate confidential or material nonpublic information. Confidential information is that concerning the firm (and its employees), clients (former, present and prospective), and suppliers which is or could be considered proprietary or personal and which, if disclosed, could be damaging to the firm, individual or supplier.”

We strongly adhere to the confidentiality standards and ethics practices of our Code of Ethics. We believe these represent the highest standards of client confidentiality.
